Yoga 1 on 1’s – Are you having some pain in your body, mind or spirit? Schedule a SomaYoga 1 on 1. SomaYoga is a blend of therapeutic yoga and classic asana. No matter if you’re new to yoga or a regular yoga practitioner, SomaYoga is a lovely way to bring more mobility and stability to your body, mind and spirit. Bootcamp with Soul – Well, this is the yin and yang of workouts. A fun strength and cardio workout butted up to some yoga. Bootcamp with Sould meets you wherever you are on the day you come and helps you to remembering the mind, body and spirit chain. It’s all connected.
Outdoor Bootcamp – This sounds hard core doesn’t it? But really – every level of exerciser can be served. 1st Gear, 2nd Gear and 3rd Gears are shown so that you can make each exercise your own. This is a great cardio workout with full body strength training. Plus…FRESH AIR. Bring a mat and water bottle.
