Sometimes I think people think they’re too far gone to start. Oh my no…You’re never too far gone. The bravest thing you can do is press into that fear and take a step toward your wellness.
It just takes one choice. One small step. One movement toward where you would like to be.
But it’s hard, and scary, and overwhelming. It feels big.
So, break it down into a small step. Do one small thing that is good for you today. Drink a glass of water with some lemon squeezed in it. Sit quietly with your eyes closed and BREATHE. Go for a walk and enjoy the warmth that has finally come to us.
And then let that small step lead to another and another and another. They don’t have to be BIG. You don’t have to sign up to run a marathon (unless you want to:) Just be good to your beautiful self.
You’re worth it.
